Acceptance of terms
By using this website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Our services
Elite Mobile Auto Services provides automotive repair, maintenance, and related services. Descriptions of services on this website are for general information; the work performed, parts used, and final price are confirmed with you before the work begins.
Bookings and orders
Requesting a booking or placing an order is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until Elite Mobile Auto Services confirms it with you. We may decline or reschedule a request, for example if a time slot is no longer available or the requested work is outside what we offer.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are estimates and may change based on an inspection of your vehicle, the parts required, and the work actually performed. We will let you know the price before carrying out the work. Any applicable taxes are added at the time of payment.
Payment
Card payments and booking deposits are processed by Wholesale Payments (WPI), the payment processor for Elite Mobile Auto Services, on WPI's secure hosted checkout pages. Card details are never collected, transmitted, or stored by this website. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or at the time the service is completed.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
